Home Page Overview
- Upon login, the Home Page currently defaults to the schedule view for easy access to your weekly/daily calendar.
Main Side Menu Overview
The left-hand menu provides access to these key sections:
- Support Recipients:
- Manage Team Members and Clients.
- View and edit profiles by clicking their name.
- Team:
- Manage Team Members and Clients.
- View and edit profiles by clicking their name.
- Schedule:
- View calendars for clients and support workers.
- Filter and download schedules as needed.
- Reporting:
- Incidents: View and update incidents or reports.
- Safeguarding: View and update safeguarding incidents or reports.
- Finance: brings together everything you need to manage your service’s billing and contractual processes. It includes:
- Overview – Generate rota reports to support accurate invoicing based on care delivery.
- Invoices – Create, send, and track invoices with ease, directly linked to visit and rota data.
- Contracts – Set up and manage service agreements with clients, including hours, rates, and billing cycles.
