Customising Your Account

Customising your Elate account

Customising your Elate account involves updating key details about yourself. You can access your profile at any time by clicking on your profile picture (or the arrow) in the top right corner of the platform and selecting Profile from the dropdown menu.

Your profile consists of three information tabs:

  • Personal Profile – Provides an overview of your personal details. Click the Edit button in the top right corner to update your information.
  • Team Member Details – Displays employment-related and other key information. Click Edit to personalise your profile.
  • Availability – Shows your holidays and unavailable workdays.

After making any updates, ensure you click Save to apply the changes.
