I received an email invitation from Elate. How do I use it to log in?

For Carers/Support workers
Use the login details provided in your welcome email to access Elate for the first time.

Use the login details provided in your welcome email to access Elate for the first time.

Steps to log in

  1. Open the welcome email sent to you from Elate
  2. Locate your:
    • Username, which is your email address
    • Temporary password
  3. Click the “Log in here” button/ link in the email
  4. Enter your provided details on the Elate login page
  5. Click Sign in

ℹ️ Info
Your username will always be the email address used by your organisation to create your account.

💡 Tip
When logging in, remember to tick “Remember account” to make future sign-ins quicker and easier on your device.

Not received the email?

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder
  • Confirm with your manager or admin that the correct email address was used
  • If needed, ask your organisation’s Admin to resend the invitation
