Support Plan Versioning

Support plans now keep a version history when updated, so changes are tracked over time and you always work from the latest version.

Priority & Review Dates on Support Plans

You can now set a priority level and a review date on each support plan, making it easier to keep plans current and flag those due for review.

Smarter Support Activity Creation

Creating a support activity now validates the tasks you add and automatically generates a clear support plan name, reducing errors and manual steps.

More Flexible Care Packages

Schedule packages with effective-date options, edit packages with built-in schedule validation and clearer error messages, and add tasks to several packages at once.

Share Client Schedules by Email or PDF

You can now email a client's schedule directly from the calendar or download it as a PDF to share or print.

Client Profiles & Activity Exports

Refreshed client profile and package flows, plus the ability to export support activity data for your own records and reporting.

Check-in Confirmation Warnings

Carers now see a confirmation warning when checking in, helping prevent accidental or mistimed check-ins.

Improved Rota & Timeline View

The rota timeline now adapts to your screen size, keeps headers visible while you scroll, removes awkward double-scrolling, and adds a “Today” button on mobile for quicker navigation.

Finance Dashboard

The Finance page is now the Finance Dashboard, with tidier navigation across the app.

🐛 Bug Fixes

Scheduling & Calendar

Fixed group-activity calendar behaviour, rota navigation syncing, and the calendar “Today”/schedule dates. Custom schedule dates are now validated correctly, recurring events appear in the right date range, double-scrolling has been removed, and drag-and-drop of unassigned activities plus cancelled-event icons now behave reliably.

Support Activity Layout

Restored the activity summary panel on the desktop Create Support Activity screen and improved the layout on mobile.

Tasks & Recipients

Support recipient tasks now filter correctly, team members can see their assigned client tasks, and packages default to sorting by created date.

Profiles & Display

Fixed the team member detail view and corrected the styling of cancelled cards on the client calendar.
